I am a qualified couples therapist as well as a psychotherapist offering confidential support to children and adults with a wide range of psychological and emotional needs including issues relating to adoption, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, stress, domestic and sexual abuse. I have experience of working with domestic abuse and counselling children and young people.

I value individual difference, honesty, integrity, finding your own path, connection, and relationship. I believe you’ve been born with the potential for growth and a capacity to embrace change and can be empowered to find your own answers. My role is to create a safe space in which we can work together to explore and give meaning to your personal, relational, and professional experiences helping you to make sense of your feelings and what’s going on for you.

I hope to enable you to heal, repair and build upon your strengths and abilities. Through discovering the ‘real you’ you can understand yourself and others better. Seeking help is being brave. We often wait for kindness but being kind to yourself can start now, by giving yourself the time you deserve.

Advanced Certificate in Couples Therapy (NCIP accredited)

Barnardo's Certificate in Attachment Focused Therapy
BACP Certificate of Proficiency
Certified Online and Telephone Counsellor
I have completed many professional development courses and continue to do so, updating my knowledge on a regular basis.
